Even after providing 33 years of wild WeHo nights, Numbers Bar and Restaurant remains unfamiliar to us when it comes to what's cooking. Last summer, the legend shed its skin for a new look and attitude, tempting all comers from the city with an upscale menu, while still staying true to the neighborhood's sensibilities and nightclub needs. A newer menu has just been added, with a surplus of creations that sound perfect for slurping up drinks while batting one's eyelashes around the room.

The creations of Chef Vincent Lamount are high on Pacific personality, with a healthy dose of haute European touches, local seafood, and farmer's market flourishes thrown onto the plates.

A perfect time to try the food would be daily from 5 to 7 p.m., where a half-priced bar menu complements the extensive Cosmo station. With 16 recipes on hand, and at just $7 during the happiest of hours, the Apple Pie Cosmo, among others, sounds worth doing our best Carrie Bradshaw impression for.
