This Saturday, a sprinkle of L.A.’s most-gabbed about chefs will be joining forces for the Plate by Plate 7th Annual Tasting Benefit, put on by Project by Project to benefit The Asian Pacific Islander Small Business Program. $150 buys entry into the gala, which brings together chefs as diverse as Steven Fretz, Ricardo Zarate, and Katsuya Uechi, among 48 restaurant and beverage makers keeping the crowd stuffed. Ballers springing for VIP status at $275 will have a private Bazaar tasting with Jose Andres and drinks by Brazilian Sagatiba, plus additional exclusive entertainment and gift bags.
