After closing the doors on L.A. Farm for a month of renovations, last season’s Top Chef top-tool Stefan Richter is ready to subject himself to the scrutiny of actual diners. Stefan’s at L.A. Farm will officially open next Thursday, but Thrillist nabbed the reservation number early; lines are open tomorrow at (310) 449-4000. Richter’s pretzel dumplings, oysters with absinthe jello, and “Finnish Me Off” cocktails better be sweet enough to dull the memories of the arrogance displayed on cable or his creepy close encounters with cooking students. Ladies breathe easy, you will be armed with knorks.
