Nancy Silverton and Amy Pressman Debut New Burger Restaurant Plans at Canele Tonight


Mozza and La Brea Bakery queen Nancy Silverton is teaming up with Amy Pressman of Old Town Bakery to prepare a three-course meal centered around grass-fed burgers at Canele tonight. Daily Dish reports this very special guest appearance is a showcase for the chefs' proposed burger restaurant, tentatively called "Grass Burger," and headed for The Farmer's Market on Fairfax with the help of a few needed investors. We know Silverton strives for, and often attains, perfection. After spiffing up our pizza reputation, we can't wait to see her new approach to burgers. Tonight's three-course dinner costs $36 and is walk-in only from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the Atwater Village restaurant. Here's the three-course menu, via Atwater Village Newbie:
