Wolfgang Puck’s Spago might be facing another lawsuit over its floors. This time the litigation comes from a Michigan woman who claims she slipped on the wood walkway’s “overly slick finish,” reports TMZ. The incident occurred in 2007, the same year another woman claims she was ripped off the toilet at the Beverly Hills legend and slipped on a floor full of “standing pools of urine” and worse. Reached for comment, Spago GM Tracy Spillane was not aware of the new suit. We find it hard to conceive of such squalor at the spotless restaurant that still packs fat pockets in after 27 years, though we’ve so far stayed out of the ladies room. A floor clean enough to eat off of however, sounds like the Spago we know.
