Saturday's Malibu Wine Classic sadly wasn't near the beach this year, and the Civic Center location was hot enough to drive at least one soused guest into the arms of paramedics. From what we saw, ahi and mac and cheese are at the forefront of chef's minds in Malibu; we hope Tori Spelling, who looked shockingly thin, managed to have a few bites. About 50 wineries from Malibu and the Central Coast participated in the event, and local restaurants offered bites bursting with farm freshness and a touch of artistry. But don't just take our word for it; check out the slideshow.
