The City of L.A. will receive its first full-service BJ’s on October 5th, when the Chicago-style, deep-dish pizza provider opens shop in Culver City’s Westfield Mall. We’d like to believe we wished this one into existence with a mention on Tuesday, but the chain has steadily been spreading for years. While BJ’s will not grand open for another week and a half, starting Monday they will offer a limited menu completely free while training kitchen and wait staff. The menus will change each day and reservations are required at (310) 574-5170 (Updated number). While the meal comes at no charge, BJs does request that you make a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and tip your waiter, of course. Dinners are filling up quite fast, but there’s still plenty of room for lunch, we were just told. The promotion starts September 28th and runs through the second of next month. UPDATE: All reservations have been filled for the above trainings, but the new BJs officially opens October 5th.
