Not to be outdone by no stinkin' food truck, Drago Centro is taking to Twitter to promote its wine program through a virtual taste test. The first Tweet was just posted from sommelier and beverage director Michael Shearin, who will select a bottle of wine and for five days drop clues as to what it might be each week. The bottle could be a $20 bargain or a $500 luxury pulled from Drago's impressive inventory, but it's up to the computer-bound blind taste-tester to guess what's inside. The winner who guesses the vintage correctly first, gets to drink the bottle, with the stipulation that it must be consumed on Drago Centro premises. Shearin's tweets can be found on Drago's Twitter page.
