Bouchon, Pizzeria Mozza, and Osteria Mozza are introducing wireless valet payment terminals on December 1st, making these the first restaurants with valets that you can pay by credit card. We’re surprised this service hasn’t surfaced before and think both customers and time-pressed valets will appreciate skipping the scramble for soggy dollars that has become a ritual when retrieving your car.
