Bul-Gogi to Fuse Korean BBQ in Culver City

Culver City has a nice selection of inexpensive Indian, Brazilian, and Mexican eats, but is lacking, as is much of L.A.'s Westside, in choices for Korean food, though Ktown has a few hundred it could probably lend. This should mean a warm welcome for Bul-Gogi, coming soon to Venice Blvd. and Motor Ave., next to the corner Coffee Bean. Though its name sounds straightforward enough, Bul-Gogi, a little like the concept of nearby Gyenari, bills itself on its recently raised signage as "Fusion BBQ." Whatever it will be as the weeks to come shall reveal, its location, generic banner, and small space bode well for the pocketbook we think.
