Help That Skinny Bitch Write a Cookbook at New BreadBar Pop-Up

BreadBar on Third Street is returning to the pop-up game, as is Skinny Bitch co-author Kim Barnouin, who held a one-night Hatchi dinner last September in Century City. Barnouin will help design an entirely vegan menu called "Vegan Greetings" on eight nights this month to taste-test recipes from the forthcoming Skinny Bitch: The Ultimate Everyday Cookbook.

For her new tome, Barnouin has teamed with chef Nori, the man who spots the emerging culinary talent that makes its way into the various BreadBar pop-ups. Chef Nori himself will be cooking different dishes every night, the most successful of which will find its way into the book. Each plate will be priced between $8-15, with all four courses available for $25 as a prix-fixe. Dates for Barnouin's Vegan Greetings are below, as well as three preview menus for the first few nights. Reservations at 310-205-0124.

Vegan Greetings will be held on:
Wednesday, December 9th through Saturday, December 12th, AND Wednesday, December 16th through Saturday, December 19th
Chef Nori will extend the event for December 20th & 21st if reservations are at a high demand

Dinner only, 6pm-10pm
