L.A.’s only heir to the Iron Chef crown, Neal Fraser, has a busy year ahead. Not only is he reopening Grace in the rectory of St. Vibiana’s Cathedral, he is also leading a trip through Vietnam which features equal parts cooking and cycling with a member of Lance Armstrong’s former team. Called Iron Chef: Vietnam, Fraser will spend November 5th-15th traveling from Hanoi to Saigon while exploring regional recipes. [Enjoy IndoChina Travel]
