Where to Pair Duckhorn Merlot with In-N-Out Cheeseburgers

LearnAboutWine wants to set foodies up in a coupling they’re certain will turn everyone on: fine wine and In-N-Out cheeseburgers. Starting January 8th, Learn’s Ian Blackburn is introducing what he calls “Blind Dates,” featuring 20 international wines anonymously poured for you to blind taste and then note the delicate nuances it reveals in SoCal’s preferred burger. The first night will strictly star Merlots, while subsequent Blind Dates will focus on Cab and Zinfandel. Classes are limited to just 20 guests at $69 a person and reservations can be made online. The Merlot varietals that are planned for January 8th are listed below, with more to come as the event draws near.
