The Alameda Food Truck Lot is putting its debut dent in Downtown on a trial run at the intersection of Alameda and Traction. The street-specific name alone gives us visions of a whole system of safe-havens for L.A.’s mobile food fleet that resemble our neighborhood farmers markets. We’ve already combed the online schedule to make sure there’s no conflict with Saturday’s Street Food Fest, so chow down. [LAist]
