Takami Sushi + Robata is putting the soju and sake away to pair seafood and Japanese grill-kissed beef cheeks and lamb chops with wines from Napa's Far Niente Winery and their Nickel & Nickel Vineyard for a $59 five-course dinner. Designed by chef Stan Ota, the February 16th meal starts with wonton spoons cradling a sautéed Cajun shrimp with mango ceviche to go with Nickel's Media Vineyards Chardonnay and another Chardonnay, Zinfandel, and Cabernet later ends on Fuji Apple Muille Fuielle with far Niente's Dolce.
