Chego!

Yesterday we took an early look at the interior and menu at Kogi’s first restaurant Chego!, which was much more complete than the work-in-progress shown on Kogi’s own blog yesterday, though they do give a look at some of the coming appetizers. We’re now told to expect an opening date of next Wednesday, April 7th, the same day traffic on Overland will become a total nightmare and one local critic might consider re-visiting his favorite “food desert.” [Squid Ink]
