To celebrate Passover through this week, Oak Fire Pizza will make any of its 27 wood-fired pizza pies with the option of a matzoh crust. The crisp matzoh recipe comes directly from the Israeli great aunt of Oak Fire’s operating partner Jeremy Findel and appears to be an annual tradition here.
