We just got our mitts on chef Daniel Elmaleh's menu for Industry, SBE's new club in the former Area space. As we noted prior to the March 15th soft-open, Industry has the usual WeHo nightlife folderol with gold "performance poles," a huge dance floor, private tables, art deco additions, and Laker-shaded lighting. What we really care about though is the walk-up burger bar that stays open 'til the wee hours. The bar's specialty cocktails include cucumber watermelon margaritas, "burning mangos," and white blueberry cosmos, while pastrami burgers and chili burgers are made with Piedmontese beef, and a Sonoran hot dog variation vies with two booze-infused dessert for your comfort-food dollars. Check out the full Industry food and drink menus below, but don't blame us when the chili burger ruins your shiny shirt. We'd rather be at Industry Cafe anyway.
