Charges Might Be Dropped on Whale Meat Crime

Following one closing and quite a few public outcries, federal prosecutors are now seeking to drop charges against The Hump for its illegal serving of whale meat sushi. However, Associated Press reports that the investigation is still open and future charges could be filed against the owner or chef, who originally each faced a misdemeanor count for "selling a marine mammal product for an unauthorized purpose."
