The Glendon Bar and Kitchen will officially open tomorrow night in Westwood at 6:00 P.M. The restaurant had a three-day trial run this past weekend, causing confused fans on Facebook to wonder whether the place was open to the public or not. Tomorrow will start with happy hour and dinner service, while lunch and brunch will be added in “about two to three weeks,” says a manager. We took a look at the Glendon’s Marc Jacobs penne and glimpsed photos of its coffee-rubbed ahi last week and see little progress has marked its website. So far we think the area’s grad students will appreciate another non-chain restaurant in their ‘hood and undergrads will appreciate the three-hour happy hours provided.
