Neal and Amy Fraser’s BLD restaurant announces a new contest today where diners will suggest dish ideas to chef de cuisine Diana Stavaridis over Twitter. The chef will consider the ideas and pick one person’s inspiration each week for a new plate served every Thursday. If your idea is used, you get to eat on-the-house with a friend. The rest of you can either pay to try the dish or stay at home and plot the next week’s attempt, adjusting your “ground-breaking” preps of pork belly and bacon as you see fit. The first “Tweet-a-Dish Plat du Jour” dinner will be held Thursday, April 22nd, but all ideas must be Tweeted by midnight on this Thursday to @BLDChefD. !Suerte!
