As of this morning, Pasadena has its own outpost of Intelligentsia Coffee. This location differs from the city’s other two with the inclusion of Cal-Italian menus and specials like “whole animal night” under Heirloom L.A. catering chef Matthew Poley. In addition to the new food focus, the store will use a pending license to serve microbrews on tap along with bottled “Belgian farmhouse beers.” [Feast]
