Get this: While thousands of D-bags stalk L.A. hot-spots, lying that they’re big-shot producers or best friends with Ashton Kutcher or whatever, the real-life Justin Long is out there telling people that he shoots raw fish for a living. The baby-faced actor explains to Contact Music, “I used to tell people I was a sushi photographer… I got a kick out of it…I would say, ‘Have you been to Katsuya? I did their menus. Have you had the oonagi [sic] at Sushi Roku…? Well, I did that.’” This line of B.S. just might work if you’re trying to kick it with Miley or push Piven out of a room. But in this world of emerging restaurant celebrities, L.A.’s perpetually hit-upon night-owls may need to fear the “food star” now as much as that “producer” getting bottle service with his lame friends. While we ponder a new defense strategy, see where stars have been dining in L.A. this past week.
