Mark Peel makes it look so easy. In preparation for the chef's cooking demos at Food & Wine's Taste of Beverly Hills next weekend, the festival is rolling out its own videos of chefs like Peel and James Overbaugh teaching some basic, but refined, recipes in record time. The videos are going up regularly on the festival's Facebook page, but we got our hands on one before it became available for public consumption.
