Another confectioner is cruising our streets as Sweet E's Bake Shop just launched its own truck. With pink rims and a poster of owner Erica Tucker, the vehicle sells the diminutive treats that got her onto Food Network's Cupcake Wars, namely "cake pops," cookies, and an army of mini-cupcakes in flavors like strawberries and cream and red velvet. To get the edge on The Sweets Truck, Munchie Machine, and Cupcakes A Go Go, Tucker is also stocking her whoopie pies and mini-waffle cones filled with frosting and sprinkles, along with chocolate milk and hot chocolate (Update: Apparently Sweets Truck has whoopie pies covered). Follow Sweet E's new whip on Twitter and Facebook, where the latest reports find them already selling out of their product.
