Looking for a new fusion taco now that you've done the Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, soul food, and Irish varieties? Auntie's Fry Bread is officially opening today and will appear every Wednesday at the Westwood farmers market, serving Native American-influenced tacos using a fry-bread recipe from Eric Evans and Kate Koyama that follows a 20-year Koyama family tradition from Montana's Little Big Horn Days Festival. From 2:00-7:00 P.M. tonight, find the clan's limited menu of fry bread tacos with beef chili or squash and corn chowder, along with homemade sarsaparilla and sugar-dusted fry bread for dessert at Broxton and Weyburn. Attempt the Crow greeting of "Sho’o Daa’ Chi" and get two dollars off. The eatery can be followed on Facebook.
