No doubt to the delight of Downtown’s R23, Feast reveals that John Rivera Sedlar’s heavily anticipated new restaurant has only been toying with the working title of R26. The chef is actually planning a space called Playa in the former space of Grace. The chef previewed a few new pan-Latin mash-ups at Test Kitchen last week, including one called “Bite Me,” a new spice stencil design, and a mezcal cocktail from Julian Cox. [Feast]
