What Chicken Charlie Will Deep-Fry in 2010

This Saturday marks the return of that annual gorge-fest, The L.A. County Fair. Chicken Charlie, known for deep-frying anything and everything, brings a new edible invention to the month-long event every year after several months of R&D. This year the artery-clogging chef will deep-fry Klondike bars, something we really shouldn't want to eat so badly at ten in the morning. Meanwhile, the owner of neighboring vendor Greek Gourmet says, "He knows I hate the fact that he fries everything." [L.A. Times]
