Dominick’s chef Brandon Boudet and owner Warner Ebbick have helped mix up six new cocktails for fall, with the drinks debuting tomorrow evening. Sounding very autumnal already, the Scotch Leaf uses maple bitters, lemon, and egg whites in a sweet-and-sour, while an Italian 75 gives The Boot to the French 75 by adding Prosecco and Nebbiolo grappa, and a raspberry-infused Pink Elephant replaces their popular summertime raspberry lemonade. A tiny Tiki-inspired pink elephant comes with it, just in case it’s not making you completely blotto on its own. Check out the full list of fresh cocktails coming tomorrow to Dominick’s, below.
