Starting at 6:00 P.M. this evening, Intelligentsia Pasadena, the food-obsessed version of the cult coffee destination, starts serving beer and wine. As expected here, the company isn’t just lumping together every good brew it’s ever heard of and hoping you buy it, but curating a rotating selection with the promise of “some really unique and special brews in the future,” director of retail operations Ty McNulty tells us. We have the full opening menu of libations down below, featuring four on tap beers that includes Bear IPA and two from Eagle Rock Brewery, as well as six in the bottle and a short list of four whites and three reds, featuring Argentine Malbec and Torrontes, Lodi old vine Zin, 100% Carignan from Catalan, and a French rose.
