Now that Hollywood pros are eschewing The Ivy to form “foodie” groups that eat raw beef and snort Sriracha (or whatever they do), taking clients out to a fancy dinner might not be enough anymore. That’s where RH at Andaz chef Sebastien Archambault is stepping in. Today the French toque introduces “Be The Chef,” where guests plunk down $110 a head to cook with the chef for three hours, then serve a family-style meal at the chef’s table to friends, family, co-workers, partners, $12,000 escorts, or Tinseltown foodie clubs. If it sounds like too much work, the host also gets an RH chef’s jacket, a boutique gift, and dinner with a glass of champagne. A minimum of seven guests is required, as is ditching work early to start slaving over a hot stove at 3:00 P.M. Reservations at 323-785-6090.
