Bouchon Bakery Pops Up in Beverly Hills

Finally, we get a depot of Bouchon Bakery as Thomas Keller's Beverly Hills outpost has opened a pastry pop-up in the bistro's first-floor. Through the month of December, pastry chef Sharon Wang will churn out fresh holiday creations, including snowmen cookies, bouche de noel, panettone, snowflake shortbread, breads, namesake chocolate bouchons, jams, quiche, salmon rilletes, foie gras terrines, and peppermint bark. And speaking of bark, they even have foie gras biscuits for what have to be the world's snootiest mutts on earth.
