Beverly Hills: Following a 40-year reign, Jacopo's Pizzeria has closed due to economy-related struggles. Plans to return are not completely out of the question though. [Eater]

Downtown: Death & Co. proprietors David Kaplan and Alex Day have formed Proprietors LLC.. Their first job finds them reinvigorating O Hotel's O Bar & Kitchen with a new look, Intelligentsia coffee, beer, and wine, and of course cocktails.
