Midtown Lunch drops its "Guide to Healthy Lunching," revealing that its scribe occasionally grants his arteries a break from Korean barbecue and that his trips to Panda Express have been whittled down. The scariest news, however (which would have probably come to light anyway with all these fast food calorie counts popping up), is that even a chicken burrito at Baja Fresh has 1,000 calories and 45 grams of fat.
