Are you one of the people who think that things like Cocoa Krispies and Smorz cereal (yes, that's a real thing) are good for your kids because the boxes say these cereals are sources of Vitamin D or Whole Grains or antioxidants or whatever? Surprise! They're not!

A new study of food marketed to children "looked at packages with front of package labeling — symbols that identify healthier products — and found that 84% of products studied didn’t meet basic nutritional standards." So, if you want your kids to actually eat a healthy breakfast, you're going to have to figure out a way to trick them into eating a grapefruit or oatmeal or something else that they're probably just going to complain about.
