Busy as we were with the ease of experimenting with the Kama Sutra in The Flying Pig Truck, we failed to observe just how many Indian food trucks had suddenly popped up around L.A.. Yesterday alone we bumped into three that we hadn't seen before: The Naked Indian, New Delhi Express, and the kathi roll-slanging No Tomatoes. And of course, there's the soon-to-open NaanStop, which feels even more appropriate as a name for the Indian food truck movement these days.
