SpaceCraft hits us with the news that it's working on yet another new beer bar project for Curtis Nysmith, the restaurateur behind Capitol City and forthcoming SmithHouse. Narrowly avoiding another bleatin' goat reference, Nysmith plans an English pub called The Blue Boar, which will be in the traditional vein, sort of like the recent addition of the awesome Wellsbourne space, but hopefully with 85% less student bodies mucking up the joint. One thing to look forward to will be hand-pulled cask ale, along with a rotating cast of guest mixologists inventing new cocktails at an antique bar. A press release tells us construction is set to begin in the next couple of weeks with an opening estimated in early summer, which usually means sometime in early 2012 around here.
