The Federal Bar, North Hollywood’s new gastro-pub, will open tonight at 5:00 P.M. on Lankershim with 20 beers on tap and a showcased selection of scotch and bourbon. The restaurant and bar will start with dinner service and soon add lunch, with selections of bar dishes from chefs Louis Fuentes and Shad Davis like “China Town wings,” wild turkey meatballs, and sangria mussels, along with servings of soup, salad, flatbreads, five burgers, and entrees like lamb meatloaf with Moroccan tomato jam and IPA-braised short ribs with melted leeks.
