Micah Wexler’s Mezze opens tonight on LaCienega for a fresh take on Middle Eastern cuisine. Skinny Critic’s Brittany Bassett took a first look on Friday and already has us fiending for the poached egg shakshouka. Elsewhere, our curiosity is sated by a test menu on Mezze’s new website, where reservations can be made for this exciting new entry in the former home of Sona, which we’re hoping we can soon stop referencing now that Mezze has fully blossomed into restaurant-hood.
