Rustic Canyon is bringing its beer bash back for spring on Tuesday, April 12th, with a menu by Evan Funke and Zoe Nathan and hosting duties by Josh Loeb and The Beer Chick’s Christina Perozzi. The return of this event will concentrate solely on the brews of Oregon’s Deschutes Brewery, with inclusions of rare beers like The Dissident and The Abyss 2010, plus that Black Butte Porter Perozzi got us hooked on back in January. Playing nicely with the suds will be five courses from the chefs, including beer-lacquered free range wings, a shaved artichoke and asparagus salad, and crisp pork belly with southern-style veggies.
