Walter el Nagar-Cestrone Named Exec Chef at Locanda del Lago

Now that Roberto Maggioni is running the kitchen at Il Covo, who is taking his place at Locanda del Lago? The restaurant lets us know that a new culinary team is in place, lead by Walter el Nagar-Cestrone, a native of Milan who is named as the executive chef here as the restaurant celebrates a 20th anniversary with new menu items from Lombardy, such as market veggies baked in parchment paper and roasted bone marrow with crispy saffron-parmesan risotto cakes.
