It's Alcapurria Season at Sazon!

They're baaaack! Sazon Latin Fusion chef and owner Claudia Kihui tells us that customers have been bugging her to bring back her alcapurrias, those rocket-propelled grenade-shaped empanadas synonymous with the sun and sand in Puerto Rico. So she is doing just that, reviving her treats with dough made from green plantains and stuffed with a choice or pork or picadillo cooked in sofrito. The whole thing gets packed with cabbage, cream, and chile de arbol salsa and are even better now that the restaurant has Latin beer to pair with them.
