This just in from one of our web surfing pals: It appears that West Hollywood hotel The Orlando is starting its own restaurant. A Craigslist ad posted this morning shows the hotel, which opened in 1984, currently hiring all kitchen staff for a new farm-to-table, wood-burning oven restaurant. A call to the property confirmed that the restaurant is currently under construction, with hopes for an opening on June 1st. As of now, the name has not been decided upon or is not ready for public consumption just yet.
