Bottega Louie Upgrading Its Sandwich Department

This just in from Bottega Louie. The restaurant is currently looking for a gourmet sandwich maker as part of its efforts to launch a European sandwich program that will find its base of operations at the restaurant's nearby commissary kitchen. We're hoping this means a line of quality panini will take its place alongside the restaurant's current short selection of sandwiches including meatball parm, a BLT, and that fancy take on the torpedo.
