Hello Kitty Assails Yogurtland!

The Yogurtland chain is doing what so many companies before them have done and sold their souls to the maniacally adorable forces of Sanrio, the makers of Hello Kitty and her pals. The scary news? This means the Hello Kitty motif will take over Yogurtland's spoons and cups this month, while merchandise will be sold promoting the cuddly kitten. Scarier still? The legions of Hello Kitty-obsessed grownups in costumes who will no doubt show up to the July 20th launch at the Beverly Connection location. [LAist]
