Malibu: On Tuesday, July 12th, from 7:00-9:00 P.M. Gladstone’s will pair its food with seven beers brought by Morandell Imports for $59 a person. Rarities include Weltenburger Kloster, said by some to be the world’s oldest dark beer. [GS]
Studio City: F&B; Seafood Outlet (formerly Franky and Johnny’s) has closed in its second location. We’re just as surprised as they are that people haven’t flocked for hard-to-find seafood at a great price. [Squid Ink]
West L.A.: Napa Valley Grille chef Joseph Gillard will be featured tomorrow and on July 19th in Cart for a Cause, the food truck-bound pop-up that benefits Meals on Wheels. From 12:00-2:00 P.M., catch Gillard serving heritage pork butt sandwiches at 11766 Wilshire Blvd. [GS]
