Villetta Launches Late-Night Menu

Santa Monica newcomer Villetta is launching a new late-night bar menu, served from 11:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M. Wednesdays through Saturdays. The Italian-inspired selection refreshingly veers from the sliders and tacos that dominate most late-night menus for a little carnivorous ingenuity, with a pork zampone served with salsa verde (we're praying it gets taxidermied into a pig's foot), a grilled cheese overflowing with cured Italian meats, roasted marrow bones with oxtail red marmalade, and Jidori chicken liver espuma with cognac macerated golden raisins.
