Mobile food, of course. Gap rolls out a taco truck to shill its 1969 denim jean line, and on it you’ll find tacos–raised lamb-chile negro, shrimp and smoked paprika, carnitas with chipotle peppers, and spicy tofu–designed by the Top Chef alum. The “Pico de Gap” truck rolls out on Monday (8/8), selling tacos for $1.69, but if you buy a pair of jeans at any Gap, show your same-day receipt and the tacos are free. Follow the truck’s whereabouts on Twitter @picodegapLA. [Squid Ink]
