Tony Yanow could spit in a cup and earn weeks of pre-coverage in this town. Point the Way IPA, the latest fruit of his labor, crafted with Meg Gillis and Jon Carpenter at their forthcoming Golden Road Brewery, will be revealed this Friday at several local beer bars. The brew has been ballyhooed as the greatest thing ever to hit L.A.’s beer scene (at least, its brewers have suggested) and will be a lower-alcohol, lighter IPA one can presumably drink all day in hot weather.
