This Sunday in Pasadena, from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M., Akira Hirose welcomes fans of his Japanese-inspired French cooking to a combination Q&A; session and dessert buffet at Maison Akira. The interview session will be hosted by Foodstory’s Yoko Isassi, who will kick off the session with a few questions for the chef before turning the mic over to the crowd.
